About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Intern to support our sales and business development team. The intern will be responsible for connecting with builders, channel partners, and potential business associates, generating qualified leads, and creating opportunities for the sales team.

This role will provide hands-on exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, field outreach, client communication, and real estate business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to builders, channel partners, and prospects from the available database.
- Identify and qualify potential prospects based on business requirements and interest.
- Generate and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update their status.
- Conduct field-level outreach by visiting targeted locations, offices, and potential business areas.
- Identify new lead-generation opportunities through market visits and networking.
- Build initial relationships with builders, channel partners, and other relevant stakeholders.




- Support the sales team in expanding the company's market presence and brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Gather basic information about market activity, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly targets related to calling, lead generation, and meetings.

Skills & Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in BBA, MBA, Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field.
- Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and field visits.
- Confident and proactive approach.
- Good convincing and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Interest in Sales, Business Development, and Real Estate.
