Role Overview:
As a Sales Intern at our EdTech platform, you will be responsible for engaging with leads generated through our marketing campaigns (social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and converting them into registered participants for Legal Olympiad 2.0. This is a high-energy, target-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys direct communication and closing deals in the EdTech space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with inbound student leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp within committed response times.
- Explain the Legal Olympiad 2.0 format, benefits, and registration process clearly and persuasively.
- Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of lead status and conversations in Excel.
- Address student queries and objections confidently to move them toward registration.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for calls made, leads contacted, and registrations closed.
- Share regular updates and feedback with the team on lead quality and conversion trends.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on lead flow and messaging effectiveness.
Who We're Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi).
- Confident on phone calls with a persuasive, friendly approach.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in sales, calling, or EdTech outreach is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
