Job Summary

We are looking for an Interior Designer & Sales Associate with strong design skills and excellent client-handling abilities. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, preparing interior/modular kitchen designs, presenting solutions, following up with leads, and converting prospects into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, budget, lifestyle, and space requirements.
- Present 3D designs, material options and quotations to clients.
- Handle client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations and project closures.
- Generate and manage leads through calls, walk-ins, references and other sources.
- Coordinate with production and execution teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Maintain client details, quotations and sales follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience in Interior Design, Modular Kitchens, Real Estate.




- Hands-on knowledge on Interior designing.
- Positive understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, space planning and interior materials.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently present designs and interact with clients.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to follow up and close leads.
- Google SketchUp or related desiging softwares.
