Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Ownership

- Drive project-wise sales targets and closures

- Monitor daily walk-ins, site visits, and conversions

- Lead and mentor the sales team (SMs, SAs, GREs)

- Ensure strong follow-ups and pipeline management

2. Team Management

- Manage and motivate on-site sales and CRM teams

- Conduct daily briefings, reviews, and performance tracking

- Ensure discipline, grooming, and professionalism at site

3.

Customer

Experience

- Ensure high-quality site visits and presentations

- Handle critical customer discussions and escalations

- Maintain premium experience standards (especially for luxury projects)

4.

Marketing

Coordination

- Work closely with marketing team on ATL/BTL activities

- Ensure proper execution of site branding, events, and activations

- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness

5.

Channel

Partner (CP) Management





- Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners

- Conduct CP meets, site visits, and engagement activities

- Ensure CP-driven leads are effectively converted

6. Site Operations & Administration

- Oversee overall site readiness (show flats, landscaping, branding)

- Ensure inventory knowledge and pricing updates are accurate

- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, CRM, construction)

7. Reporting & MIS

- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics

- Maintain reports using tools like Microsoft Excel

- Share insights on sales trends, customer feedback, and competition
