Job Responsibilities

- Lead and drive the overall sales strategy and business growth for Soya Chunks, Soya Granules and other TVP products.

- Develop and execute annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets.

- Build and expand the companys distributor, dealer, wholesaler, institutional and B2B customer network.

- Identify current territories, markets and customer segments for business expansion.

- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

- Set territory-wise and salesperson-wise sales targets and monitor performance regularly.

- Develop strategies for increasing market penetration, sales volume and customer acquisition.

- Build relationships with key accounts, large distributors and institutional buyers.

- Handle major negotiations, pricing discussions and high-value business closures.

- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, products and distribution strategies.

- Conduct regular market reviews and develop corrective strategies wherever required.





- Track sales performance, order pipeline, collections and territory-wise business growth.

- Work closely with production, dispatch, accounts and management to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

- Develop and implement sales policies, processes and reporting systems.

- Identify underperforming territories and take corrective action to improve sales.

- Forecast product demand and coordinate with management and production for inventory and dispatch planning.

- Prepare and present regular sales MIS, forecasts, market reports and performance reviews to senior management.

- Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure strong customer retention.

- Explore opportunities for institutional, modern trade, private-label and B2B sales.

- Take complete ownership of the company’s sales growth, market expansion and revenue targets.
