Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager from the education or training industry to lead the sales team, drive student admissions, manage leads, and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Admission Counselor/Sales team.
- Set and monitor monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Manage leads from enquiries, calls, walk-ins, workshops, and digital campaigns.
- Guide counselors on student counselling, follow-ups, and conversion strategies.
- Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to enrollment.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide performance feedback.
- Track daily calls, follow-ups, conversions, and pending leads.
- Develop strategies to improve lead-to-admission conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams.




- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.
- Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value admissions.
- Ensure proper usage and updating of the CRM.
- Identify new opportunities to increase student enrollments and revenue.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in an educational institute, EdTech, training institute, or coaching industry.
- Strong experience in student admissions and lead conversion.
- Proven ability to manage sales teams and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and counselling skills.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and sales reporting.
- Target-oriented with positive leadership and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
