Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire current customers through field sales, direct selling, referrals, and local market activities.

- Promote and sell broadband/FTTH, internet plans, telecom services, and solar products/solutions to B2C customers.

- Identify potential customers through door-to-door visits, market visits, references, and lead follow-ups.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ISP/telecom or solar solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and explain pricing, plans, features, benefits, and installation processes.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.

- Coordinate with the installation, technical, customer support, and operations teams for smooth service activation/delivery.





- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.

- Participate in promotional activities, local campaigns, exhibitions, and customer acquisition drives.

- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of sales reports.

- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
