Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role for freshers only, based in Barrackpur-II, Kolkata, with no relocation option. The role involves identifying and approaching potential customers, explaining Sicuaura’s safety solutions, and supporting user acquisition in the local area.

The Business Development

Executive will assist in conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and sharing insights with the team to refine outreach strategies. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions, coordinating with internal teams for seamless onboarding,



and participating in local events or activities to increase brand visibility. The role requires consistent on-ground presence, proactive engagement with prospects, and a strong focus on building trust within the community.

Qualifications

- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse audiences, both in-person and over phone or digital channels.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, with willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic understanding of mobile apps or technology products, with the ability to explain features and benefits in simple terms.
- Good organizational skills, including maintaining records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Motivation to work on-site in Barrackpur-II; familiarity with the local area and communities is an advantage.
- Positive, safety-focused mindset, with a genuine interest in Sicuaura’s mission of enabling a fear-free world.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate or final-year student in any discipline; prior internship or project experience in sales or outreach is a plus.
- Comfort working in a team environment, taking feedback constructively, and contributing ideas to improve outreach efforts.
