Role & responsibilities

We are looking for dynamic, self-driven Sales and Business Development Executives to join our project sales team. This role involves identifying and engaging with institutional and corporate clients, understanding their furniture requirements, and delivering the right product solutions through site visits, presentations, and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit client campuses/sites (schools, colleges, hospitals, corporate offices, government departments, etc.) to understand furniture requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, project management consultancies (PMCs), real estate builders, corporates, and government departments
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
- Generate leads and convert them into sales through consistent follow-up




- Coordinate with the internal design/production team to ensure the right products are recommended and delivered
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial client contact to order closure and after-sales coordination
- Achieve individual and team sales targets across assigned territories
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and project status

Preferred candidate profile ho We're Looking For

- 27 years of experience in sales, business development, or project sales (furniture, interiors, building materials, or related industries preferred)
- Prior experience working with architects, PMCs, builders, corporates, or government clients is a solid plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits across assigned regions
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team
- Basic proficiency in MS Office/presentation tools
