- Manage daily sales and marketing activities at the assigned project site.
- Attend walk-in customers and explain the project, pricing, amenities and payment plans.
- Generate leads through calls, digital enquiries, referrals and field marketing.
- Conduct property tours and regular follow-ups with potential buyers.
- Convert qualified leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer, site-visit, follow-up and booking records.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist customers with booking forms, documentation, payments and loan coordination.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
- Maintain professional presentation and discipline at the project site.

Requirements
- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or site marketing is preferred.
- Strong communication,



negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of Hyderabad’s real estate market.
- Ability to generate leads and close property sales.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales interest may also apply.
