Role & responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the NBFC, fintech, lending, and financial services ecosystem.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential NBFCs and lending institutions that may require LOS, LMS, API, or lending technology solutions.
- Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, industry events, referrals, partnerships, and other relevant channels.
- Develop relationships with CXOs, Founders, Business Heads, Technology Heads, Credit Heads, Operations Heads, and other key decision-makers.

2. Product & Solution Sales

- Understand client requirements and effectively position the Company's LOS and LMS platforms as technology solutions for digital lending operations.
- Present product capabilities, workflows, integrations, dashboards, automation, and other relevant features to prospective clients.




- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with the Product/Technology teams for technical discussions and solution presentations.
- Understand the client's existing lending processes and identify opportunities for process automation and technology enhancement.
- Prepare and deliver customised proposals, commercial presentations, and solution documents.

3. End-to-End Sales Cycle Management

- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closure, and client onboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and ensure timely movement of opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, discussions, proposals, and closures.
