- Coordinate with the billing team and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

- Arrange required packing materials, gift items, and compliments at the cash counter/delivery section.

- Assist customers throughout the selection, billing, packing, and delivery process.

- Conduct telecalling to existing customers regarding scheme details,



maturity dates, company offers, campaigns, and other updates.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and encourage repeat visits and referrals.

- Work closely with team members and other departments to achieve overall sales goals.

- Continuously improve sales and customer service skills based on feedback.
