Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, handle clients, conduct site visits and site mapping, and convert potential customers into successful home-interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads for home interiors and modular kitchen projects.
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable interior solutions.
- Conduct site visits and site mapping/measurements to understand project requirements.
- Collect and record accurate site details, dimensions, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop suitable solutions based on site conditions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients for project confirmation.
- Maintain regular and professional communication with clients throughout the sales process.




- Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and project teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain proper records of leads, site visits, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Requirements

- 1+ year of sales experience; high-potential freshers are also welcome.
- Experience in interior, modular kitchen, furniture, construction, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Four-wheeler driving is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client and site visits.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
