Sales Executive – Kapil Properties

- Contact prospective clients through cold calling using the provided database.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

- Understand client requirements and present suitable real estate investment opportunities.

- Explain project details, pricing, advantages, and investment options to prospective clients.

- Schedule and coordinate site visits, office meetings, and Google Meet discussions.

- Follow up regularly with prospective clients to convert leads into successful sales.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information throughout the sales process.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.

- Coordinate with the sales and management teams for effective lead conversion.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification:



Any Bachelor's Degree.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Prior experience in Sales or Real Estate will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and passion for sales.

- A valid 4-wheeler driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
