We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle advertisement-generated leads and convert them into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:*

- Contact and follow up with assigned leads
- Understand customer requirements and explain products/services
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales
- Maintain proper lead and follow-up records
- Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful closure
- Coordinate with other relevant teams and departments to ensure the successful implementation of assigned projects and activities.

Performance & Incentives:

- Higher incentives for exceeding targets




- Incentive eligibility linked to conversion rate and target achievement
- Consistent non-performance may lead to reduced/no incentive and performance review

Requirements:

- Solid communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good follow-up and negotiation ability
- Experience in sales, tele-sales, lead conversion or business development preferred
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply
