We are looking for energetic and passionate Sales Executives to drive business growth and strengthen our dealer network across rural markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans
- Build and manage dealer relationships across assigned territories
- Conduct product demonstrations for farmers and dealers
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand dealer network
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with Sales and Agronomy teams for territory planning
- Support government registrations, empanelments, and tender activities
- Submit daily sales reports and market intelligence

Required Skills:





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for field sales and rural market development
- Knowledge of agriculture and farming practices
- Ability to build long-term customer and dealer relationships
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively
