We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, handle prospective clients, and convert leads into successful sales. The candidate should have good communication and convincing skills and be comfortable interacting with clients both online and face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new leads through calling, references, digital enquiries, networking, and other sources.
2. Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and project expectations.
3. Contact prospective customers and explain the company's products/services.
4. Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.
5. Prepare and share quotations/proposals with clients.
6. Follow up regularly with prospective clients and maintain the sales pipeline.
7. Coordinate with the design and project teams to understand project requirements and provide accurate information to clients.
8. Present design concepts, product/service offerings, pricing, and project details to customers.
9. Negotiate with clients and work towards closing deals.
10. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
11. Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and conversions.
12. Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
13. Collect market information and monitor competitors' offerings and pricing.
14. Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the relevant internal team.
15. Follow up with clients regarding payments and other commercial requirements when required.
Required Skills:

5. Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
6. Ability to handle multiple clients and leads simultaneously.
