We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team and contribute to our sales and business development activities.

Job Summary The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, identifying potential customers, promoting elevator products and services, managing client relationships and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals and other sales activities.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Visit builders, contractors, architects, consultants, property developers and potential clients to promote elevator solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable elevator products and solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations,



proposals and product information to clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospective and existing customers to close sales.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical, installation and service teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, quotations and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.
