- Manage and operate assigned bakery stalls, primarily across Gurgaon.
- Handle the sales of bakery products and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Ensure proper cash handling and maintain daily sales records.
- Interact with customers and provide a positive and welcoming customer experience.
- Actively drive sales and contribute to achieving daily and overall sales targets.
