JD FOR Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and visit potential customers in the assigned area
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing clients
- Generate current business leads and develop long-term customer relationships
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Conduct market research and report competitor activities




- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for order execution and timely delivery
- Promote company products, explain technical specifications, and provide solutions based on customer needs
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales in coordination with management
- Collect market intelligence, competitor pricing, and customer feedback
- Prepare sales forecasts, daily visit reports, and update CRM systems
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / MBA
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and on the field
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
- Experience: 0- 2 years
