Relationship Manager / Field Sales Executive – Insurance Sales

- Meet customers at their preferred locations to understand their insurance requirements.

- Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer needs.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

- Provide professional assistance and support throughout the sales process.

- Achieve daily customer meeting and sales targets.

- Use company mobile applications for customer updates, reporting, and activity tracking.

- Travel within the assigned territory for customer meetings and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct face-to-face customer meetings.

- Identify customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Generate business through customer interactions and provided leads.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education:



Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-oriented approach with a passion for sales.

- Comfortable with field travel.

- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones and GPS navigation.

Job Details

- Industry: Insurance Sales

- Location: Hyderabad

- Working Days: 6 days a week

- Weekly Off: One fixed weekday (Monday to Friday)

- Field Travel: Approximately 50–100 km per day

- Daily Target: Minimum 3 successful customer meetings, subject to lead availability
