About the Role
Hindustan Dealers Ltd. is the Chief Dealer of NBC Bearings, a trusted name in the bearings and industrial components industry. We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our team on-site in Hyderabad. You'll work closely with the sales team to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate deals to closure
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activity
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in selling auto parts, oil/lubricants, or spare parts (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working on-site with a collaborative team
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings/events, if required
