Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site positions based in the Pune & Delhi. The individual in this role will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and promote the company’s engineering products and services. Typical responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms to close sales.

The Sales

Executive will collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate product information and timely delivery,



while maintaining detailed records of sales activities and performance metrics. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support strategic sales planning.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical or engineering concepts and communicate them clearly to clients
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting
- Comfort with using CRM software and common office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email)
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in Sheet-Metal machinery sales is preferred
