We are looking for an experienced, part-time Sales Executive based in Delhi, NCR or nearby who can independently find and close CRM, ERP, Odoo and IT services projects.

This is not a lead-generation or appointment-setting role. We need closed, paying projects.

This is a commission-only opportunity. There is no fixed salary, stipend, retainer or guaranteed payment.

What We Sell

- Odoo implementation and customisation
- Custom Odoo module development
- CRM and ERP solutions
- Integration with existing business systems
- Custom software and related IT services

Your Responsibility You will manage the complete sales process:
- Identify suitable businesses
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers
- Understand their requirements
- Present the appropriate solution
- Manage discussions, proposals and negotiations
- Follow up and close the project
- Support the process until the client makes payment

Finding prospects is part of your responsibility. However, leads, contacts or meetings alone will not be considered sales performance.

Sales Target

- Close at least ₹10 lakh, or equivalent, in current project work every month
- Projects may come from India, the UK or any other country

Requirements




- Minimum three years of experience selling CRM, ERP or IT services
- Proven experience closing software projects with business clients
- Odoo sales experience is preferred but not compulsory
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage the complete sales process independently
- Must be based in Delhi, NCR or nearby

Resources We will provide access to a CRM.

You must independently manage your prospecting, contacts, calling resources, follow-ups and sales activities. The company will not provide leads or contact databases.

Commission Terms

- Fixed 10% commission on project fees received from the client
- Commission is not payable for leads, meetings, proposals or signed contracts that have not been paid
- Commission will be released after the client’s payment has been received and cleared
- If the client contract includes a guarantee or refund period, commission will be released after that period has ended
- For instalment-based projects, commission will be calculated on each payment received
- Commission excludes taxes, refunds and chargebacks
- There is no limit on commission earnings
