About BajriX
BajriX is a technology platform focused on digitising the Indian construction industry by connecting buyers with construction material suppliers and service professionals.
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Executive to join our Jaipur team and help us onboard construction material sellers onto the BajriX platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction material manufacturers, suppliers, dealers, distributors and retailers across Jaipur.
- Introduce BajriX and explain the benefits of joining the platform.
- Generate leads through field visits and local market research.
- Convince and onboard eligible sellers onto BajriX.
- Assist sellers with registration and initial product listings.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with local sellers.
- Follow up with interested sellers and convert leads into successful onboardings.
- Maintain proper records of seller visits, leads, follow-ups and onboarding status.
- Achieve a target of 50 successful seller onboardings per month.
Successful Seller Onboarding A seller will be considered successfully onboarded when:
Verified Seller Registration + Minimum 10 Product Listings from the Seller
Only genuine and successfully verified seller accounts meeting the above criteria will be counted towards the monthly onboarding target.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior sales experience is mandatory.
- Candidates without previous sales experience will not be considered.
- Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with extensive on-field sales work.
- Good understanding of Jaipur and its local markets.
- Candidate must currently be based in Jaipur.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable travelling across Jaipur for field visits.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Basic ability to use web applications, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and other online tools.
- Hindi communication skills are essential; basic English proficiency is preferred.
- Experience in field sales, B2B sales, construction/building materials, merchant onboarding, FMCG, fintech, telecom or similar sectors will be preferred.
Compensation
₹25,000 per month, subject to achievement of the monthly target of:
50 Successful Seller Onboardings A successful onboarding means:
Performance will be evaluated based on genuine, verified and successfully completed seller onboardings.
