Urgently Hiring for Sales Executive for Real Estate Domain Position: Sales Executive – Real Estate Location: Pune Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales Team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sales experience, and knowledge of the real estate market. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, references, networking, and other sales channels.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties. Handle leads and follow up with prospective customers regularly. Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients. Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Negotiate with clients and assist in converting leads into successful bookings. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets .

Coordinate with the property and internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure.



Stay updated on current property projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered. Valuable verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. Knowledge of the Pune real estate market will be an advantage. Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is preferred.
