The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, coordinating airport assistance, managing transportation arrangements, and supporting sales activities. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and assist customers at and around the airport. Coordinate airport arrivals and departures smoothly.
Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service. Coordinate with drivers and transportation teams for airport transfers and sightseeing. Manage transportation arrangements and ensure timely vehicle allocation.
Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally. Coordinate with hotels, drivers, and other service providers. Follow up with customers and support sales activities.
Maintain proper communication and coordination with the operations team.
Ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for guests.
Required Skills Hindi language proficiency is mandatory. Valuable communication and customer-handling skills. Knowledge of transportation coordination. Ability to handle customers professionally and politely. Good coordination and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work in a travel and tourism environment. Freshers can apply. No prior experience is mandatory.
