Job Responsibilities: Handle potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email . Understand clients’ business needs and requirements. Explain and sell Akcoda’s software, websites, e-commerce solutions, custom portals, and mobile applications .
Follow up with interested clients and answer their basic queries. Conv ert potential clients into customers . Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team when required. Maintain client and sales records in Microsoft Excel .
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets. Build good and qualified relationships with clients.
Requirements: Freshers are welcome . Good communication and convincing skills. Basic computer and Microsoft Excel knowledge. Confident and comfortable talking to clients on calls. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Hindi and English communication preferred.
