Aadharshila Developers is looking for a motivated Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Indore.

? Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh ? Job Type: Full time, On-site (Indore) ? Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives

About the Role:

This is a dynamic Inside Sales role that requires passion and communication skills. What You'll Do:

Lead Generation: Generate your own leads through cold calling, references, and market outreach.

Outbound Outreach: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and pitch ongoing plotting projects.

Relationship Building: Qualified leads and build strong, trusting client relationships primarily over the phone.

Field Support: While primarily office-based, you will be required to occasionally conduct site visits with clients to close deals.

Target Achievement: Be confident, target-driven,



and comfortable working toward sales goals.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Real Estate or Plot Sales (Inside Sales/Tele-sales preferred).

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.

Market Knowledge: Good knowledge of Indore's real estate market (locations like Ujjain Road area are a plus).
