We're Hiring – Sales Engineer | Material Handling Division

Locations: Pune, Ahmedabad & Chennai

Experience: 2–5 Years in Sales Engineering (Material Handling Division)

Budget: As per industry standards

Pronix India (a division of S&T; Group, est. 1996) is expanding its Sales team across key locations. We are specifically looking for candidates who have prior hands-on experience selling Material Handling Equipment — Forklifts, Electric Stackers, Pallet Trucks, Hoists, Drum Lifters, or similar industrial equipment. Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered for this role.

If you have a proven background in Direct Sales, Industrial Sales, and managing sales territories within the material handling or allied capital equipment space, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process
- Maintain CRM discipline — log calls, dates, complete profile info, and sources




- Make outbound follow-up calls and emails; cross-sell and upsell as needed
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients
- Learn products and services in depth and explain them clearly to prospects
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends and competitor activity

Key Skills Required:

- Prior experience specifically in Material Handling Equipment sales (mandatory)
- Solid knowledge of the industrial sales process
- Proven track record in field sales, meeting or exceeding targets
- Fluent in spoken Hindi and English (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
