- Reach out to business prospects through outbound calls, presenting Legal Services’.

- Identify and connect with decision-makers and effectively communicate how Legal Services addresses their specific business requirements.

- Generate interest and schedule appointment with Legal Advisor.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and appointments scheduled in the CRM or Excel.

- Ensure high-quality data collection, verification, and communication throughout.

- Follow call scripts and adapt naturally based on the flow of conversation.

- Coordinate regularly with the senior team members to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads’.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging clients.





Basic understanding of legal documentation is a plus (not mandatory).

- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools for record-keeping.

- Ability to follow process and maintain quality standards.

- Attention to detail and willingness to learn legal service offerings.
