Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads through field visits, industrial visits, cold calling, and networking

- Promote laser cutting, laser marking, and CNC-related machines to industrial clients

- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable machine solutions

- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business

- Coordinate with service and production teams for installation and delivery

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity updates in CRM/Excel

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong technical understanding of machines (Laser / CNC / Industrial equipment preferred)

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to read technical drawings (added advantage)





- Field sales experience in B2B industrial products

- Self-motivated and target-driven

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks (preferred but not mandatory)

Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation

- MBA in Sales & Marketing (optional advantage)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Monthly sales target achievement

- Number of qualified leads generated

- Conversion rate from enquiry to order

- Customer satisfaction & repeat orders

- Daily/weekly field visit reporting

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
