We are seeking a highly motivated DriveWorks Automation Sales Engineer to drive business growth for DriveWorks automation solutions across the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, identifying automation use cases, and promoting DriveWorks solutions to manufacturing and engineering companies.

The ideal candidate should have experience in engineering software sales, CAD automation, or manufacturing solution sales, with strong consultative selling capability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth for DriveWorks automation solutions in assigned regions.
- Identify industries and customers with engineering automation and product configuration requirements.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, prospecting, and customer engagement.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand design automation and configurable product requirements.
- Coordinate technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities with implementation teams.
- Promote benefits of design automation, configurable products, and engineering process optimization.
- Build solid relationships with decision-makers in engineering and manufacturing organizations.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate opportunities, and close business deals.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for DriveWorks business.
- Maintain healthy sales pipeline and CRM updates.
- Work closely with technical and marketing teams for lead generation and customer success.
- Participate in seminars, industrial events, and customer workshops related to automation technologies.
- Travel extensively across Pune, Sambhaji Nagar, Nagpur, and nearby industrial regions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in CAD/CAM/PLM software sales or manufacturing automation solution sales preferred.
- Understanding of engineering design processes and automation concepts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to identify automation pain points and position suitable solutions.
- Target-oriented and self-driven sales professional.
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Exposure to SOLIDWORKS, DriveWorks, or engineering automation solutions preferred.
- Existing contacts in manufacturing and engineering industries will be an advantage.
- Passion for digital transformation and manufacturing automation technologies.
