The Sales Engineer will drive Sales & Business Development for the Retrofit and Services Department at , offering VAV system servicing, EnerVIA retrofit solutions, water-side valve replacement and AMCs. The role involves visiting clients, conducting site surveys, preparing proposals and building solid relationships with facility teams and HVAC contractors to generate recurring retrofit and service business

Job Role

Business Development Identify new business from existing VAV clients and HVAC contractor networks. Build a database of past VAV installations and key client contacts.

Partner with HVAC contractors to generate referral business. Customer Visits and Site Surveys

Visit clients and facility teams to understand system requirements.

Conduct site surveys and assess system health for retrofit opportunities. Proposal Preparation

Prepare technical and commercial proposals for VAV servicing, EnerVIA retrofits and valve replacements.

Recommend suitable retrofit and energy-saving solutions. AMC and Retrofit Sales

Sell AMCs covering VAV systems and water-side equipment.

Promote preventive maintenance and emergency support services.





Achieve monthly/yearly sales targets for AMC and retrofit business. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution. D. Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of air-side, water-side and VAV systems.

Self-starter with an eye for new business opportunities.

Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's/ Diploma in, Engineering, or related fields

2-3 years of experience in HVAC projects, controls or commissioning

Exposure to HVAC VAV systems, retrofit solutions, or AMC sales will be an added advantage.

Language Skills ● English, Marathi, Hindi

Knowledge of local languages is added advantage

Travel Requirements The candidate should be comfortable with travel, as per company or client requirements

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
