We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented CAM Field Sales Engineers to drive business growth for CAM software solutions in the Pune region. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating new business, conducting customer meetings and demonstrations, and achieving sales targets for CAM software solutions and related manufacturing automation products.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in selling CAM software solutions and a good understanding of manufacturing processes, CNC machining, and CAD/CAM applications

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for CAM software solutions in assigned territory.
- Identify and approach manufacturing companies, machine shops, tool rooms, automotive suppliers, and engineering industries.
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and requirement analysis.
- Coordinate software demonstrations along with technical/pre-sales teams.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and negotiate orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.




- Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Work closely with marketing and inside sales teams for lead conversion.
- Participate in industrial exhibitions, seminars, and customer events.
- Track competitor activities and market trends in CAD/CAM industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years of experience in selling CAM software solutions
- Understanding of CNC machining, manufacturing processes, and CAD/CAM workflow.
- Positive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently handle field sales activities and customer meetings.
- Strong lead generation and business development capability.
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Must be willing to travel across Pune, Sambhaji Nagar, Nagpur and nearby industrial areas.

- Existing network in manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
