BEACON INDIA is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineers to drive business growth for our CAD/CAM, engineering software, design automation and manufacturing solutions.

We are looking for candidates who are genuinely interested in Sales and want to build and grow their career in a customer-facing sales role.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, field visits and customer engagement.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable software and automation solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, requirement analysis, product discussions and presentations.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and technical discussions with Pre-Sales/Technical teams.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM.
- Build strong relationships with customers,



decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with Marketing, Inside Sales and Technical teams for lead generation and opportunity conversion.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, workshops and customer events.

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage customer meetings and field sales activities.
- Strong target orientation and customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
