Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - US Healthcare

Location: Baner, Pune

Department: Sales / Business Development

Reports To: Director of Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in CRM systems
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)




- 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.

Candidate having experience in US Healthcare - Sales Dept or Lead generation will be an additional information.
