About the roleWe are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel pipeline for Trupeer's GTM engine. This role is central to how we convert interest into revenue. You will work leads generated across multiple channels, run high-volume outbound outreach, and set up qualified conversations for our sales team with enterprise buyers across the US.

You'll work closely with sales and marketing to sharpen targeting and messaging as we scale to more of the world's 30,000+ teams already using Trupeer.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and cold-call enterprise leads sourced through outbound research, marketing campaigns, and other pipeline channels
- Run consistent, high-quality outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn to build a predictable pipeline of qualified conversations
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene- log calls, track outcomes, and keep lead and pipeline data current
- Partner with Account Executives and marketing to refine messaging, targeting,



and lead scoring based on what's converting
- Own and consistently hit weekly/monthly targets for calls, qualified meetings, and pipeline generated

What we're looking for
- 2 to 3 years of experience in an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role, ideally selling to US-based enterprise or mid-market clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident cold-calling and handling objections
- Proven track record of consistently hitting outbound and pipeline targets
- Comfortable working US hours (evening/night IST shift) to align with our customer base
- High energy, resilience, and a strong bias for action in a fast-paced startup workplace
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS startup is a plus
