About the RoleDigit Sparx is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and a passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and identify potential business leads.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and introduce Digit Sparx services.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain lead and sales activity records in CRM.
- Work closely with the sales and management team to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Research companies and decision makers for business opportunities.

Required Skills




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and business development.
- Confidence in calling and communicating with clients.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email communication and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Freshers with robust communication and sales interest can also apply.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation or Client Acquisition will be an advantage.
