We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support business growth by managing the sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closure and post-sales coordination. The role involves close interaction with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound channels, referrals, events, and digital outreach.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
- Handle customer queries, objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Delivery teams for smooth order closure and handover.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information in CRM.
- Follow up on orders, payments, onboarding, and post-sales requirements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepare regular sales reports,



MIS, and forecasts for management.

- Strong sales coordination, business development, and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience with CRM/sales automation tools.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, telecom, IT, technology, or maritime industry will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
