Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing client inquiries, coordinating project-related communication, and preparing sales reports. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between clients, the sales team, and management for fire safety installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming sales inquiries from clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and collect necessary information.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and related sales documents.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, approvals, and project updates.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate between the sales team,



design/technical team, and operations team for smooth project execution.
- Update and maintain customer records, inquiry status, and sales data in the system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports for management.
- Assist in scheduling client meetings, site visits, and internal sales discussions.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of contracts, client communications, and sales records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
