Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Pimpri Chinchwad, responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate records of leads and client interactions.

The Sales

Coordinator will liaise between clients, consultants, and the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and a high-quality customer experience. Daily tasks include preparing sales reports,



updating CRM or internal systems, assisting with basic sales documentation, and helping align sales activities with company targets. The role also requires close collaboration with other departments to address client needs and support overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage leads, appointments, and sales processes efficiently.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to support client interactions and contribute to revenue generation.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, to work with clients and internal teams.
- Comfort with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools) and data entry for maintaining accurate sales records.
- Prior experience in a sales support, front office, or coordination role, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or service industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and a client-focused approach.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline; business or commerce-related education is an advantage.
