The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team through efficient order processing, quotation preparation, customer coordination, and MIS reporting. The role requires strong SAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Order &
- Commercial Support
- Prepare and share customer quotations in coordination with the sales team.
- Process and manage sales orders in SAP (mandatory).
- Prepare invoices and ensure timely documentation.
- Maintain accuracy of pricing, product details, and order records.
Coordination &
- Customer Support
- Coordinate with clients regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and documentation.
- Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Factory, and Internal Teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues through effective stakeholder coordination.
Reporting &
- MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly,
and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Generate sales analysis reports using Advanced Excel and Pivot Tables.
- Maintain dashboards and support management with data-driven insights.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management review using PowerPoint.
Documentation &
- Data Management
- Maintain customer records, sales data, and order documentation.
- Ensure timely updating and accuracy of information in SAP and internal systems.

- Mandatory working knowledge of SAP.(T Codes)
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
