Novotech Food Ingredients is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team at Mundka, New Delhi.

? Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage and process sales orders from the sales team, distributors, dealers & key accounts

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and manage invoices & sales orders in Tally

•⁠ ⁠Check stock availability and coordinate dispatch commitments

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with warehouse & logistics teams for timely order execution

•⁠ ⁠Maintain proper stock records and follow FIFO

•⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Accounts, Warehouse & Logistics

? Candidate Profile:

•⁠ ⁠Good hands-on experience in Tally & invoicing

•⁠ ⁠Experience in sales coordination/order management





•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of stock management & FIFO

•⁠ ⁠Positive communication, coordination and follow-up skills

•⁠ ⁠Experience in FMCG / Food Ingredients / Bakery / HoReCa will be an added advantage
