Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team and assist in day-to-day sales activities.
- Handle customer calls, queries, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and potential customers.
- Update customer and lead information in records/system.
- Coordinate with customers regarding requirements, quotations, and order status.
- Ensure timely communication with prospects and existing customers.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain sales-related data.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Understanding of sales follow-up and lead management.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office/Excel.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
Preferred Candidate
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with prior experience in sales coordination, telecalling, customer support, or follow-ups will be preferred.
