Looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team through effective customer coordination, order processing, documentation, follow-ups and sales reporting. This is a desk-based office role requiring strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, requirements and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on quotations, pending orders and payments.
- Maintain customer and sales records in Excel/software.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch and Accounts teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track leads, enquiries, orders and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation.
- Assist the Sales Team in achieving business and customer service objectives.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Qualified telephone and customer-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0–2 years in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service or Administration preferred.
Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience and suitability.
