About the Role We are looking for driven, experienced professionals to join our outbound lead generation team at One Chance To Grow. In this role, you will call small and medium-sized business owners in the United States during US business hours to pitch our recurring digital marketing products designed to bring them more business. Note: You are strictly responsible for lead generation—you do not need to close the deals. Your core objective is to identify interested business owners, qualify them, and transfer or pass the live call over to our closing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make high-volume outbound calls to US-based business owners using the designated US time zone shifts.




- Pitch our digital marketing services clearly to generate interest and uncover new business opportunities.
- Quickly screen prospects, determine their interest levels, and seamlessly transfer interested owners to the closing team.
- Maintain basic tracking of calls and prospect responses.

Requirements

- Proven prior experience in sales or lead generation (international voice process or outbound calling preferred).
- Strong, explicit, and professional English communication skills to effectively converse with US clients.
- Quick learner with a solid grasp of basic sales principles and objection handling.
- 100% committed to working on-site from our Kandivali (West) office daily.
