Role Description The Sales Co-ordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves supporting the sales team by managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating order processing and delivery schedules.

The Sales

Co-ordinator will maintain accurate sales records, update customer and opportunity data in internal systems, and assist with reporting and documentation. Daily responsibilities include communicating with customers and internal stakeholders, following up on leads and pending orders,



resolving routine customer queries, and ensuring timely responses aligned with company standards and policies. The role also contributes to improving sales processes and supporting administrative tasks related to sales operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage orders, documentation, and internal workflows efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Customer Service to handle inquiries, support clients, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, sales team members, and other departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), basic CRM or ERP tools, and data entry accuracy is highly beneficial.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are required.
- Previous experience in sales coordination or inside sales, preferably in industrial, construction, or equipment sectors, is an advantage.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
