Role Description The Sales Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their travel and immigration needs, presenting suitable packages and services, and guiding them through booking and application processes.

The Sales

Consultant will handle inquiries related to tour packages, visas, passports, flight and hotel bookings, and PR services, while maintaining accurate records of leads, conversions,



and customer interactions. Daily responsibilities include follow-ups, relationship-building, coordinating with internal teams for service fulfillment, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus to ensure positive client experiences and repeat business.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain services clearly and build trust with clients.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad with a proactive, target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of travel, visa, and immigration processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking tools and standard office software.
- Prior experience in travel, tourism, or immigration consulting is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, tourism, or a related field is beneficial.
