Barbowws is looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Business Development Intern who wants to learn how real businesses grow from the ground up.
This is a hands-on internship where you will learn sales by doing, learn how to approach and communicate with business owners, learn how to identify customer needs, learn how to pitch a product, learn how to handle objections, learn negotiation, and learn how to convert conversations into real business partnerships.
During your 3-month internship, you will work closely with our sales team and get the opportunity to learn from real customer interactions, real business challenges and real startup experiences.
You will learn how to:
- Identify and approach potential salon partners.
- Connect with salon owners and decision-makers.
- Understand business problems and customer needs.
- Present and pitch Barbowws effectively.
- Build professional relationships.
- Handle questions and objections confidently.
- Learn negotiation and sales closing techniques.
- Manage leads, follow-ups and appointments.
- Learn how B2B sales and customer acquisition work in the real world.
- Understand how an early-stage startup builds its market and grows.
